How to permanently delete your CornerDay account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your CornerDay account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Open CornerDay → Account tab → Settings → Delete account. Confirm the prompt. Your account and all data are deleted immediately — no waiting period.
If you've uninstalled the app, lost access to your device, or can't sign in, email support@cornerday.app from the email address on your account and request deletion. We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
Anonymised crash reports (no recovery data included) already logged in Sentry are retained for up to 90 days on their standard retention schedule. Subscription transaction records may be retained by RevenueCat/the app stores as required by tax and accounting law. Neither is linked back to your identity in the CornerDay app after deletion.
CornerDay — request deletion of specific data types without deleting your whole account
If you want to clear part of your CornerDay history but keep using the app, you don't need to delete your account at all.
Open CornerDay → Account tab → Settings → Reset data. Choose what to clear:
Email support@cornerday.app from the email on your account, naming which data type(s) to delete (e.g. "loss history" or "mood check-ins"). We'll verify and complete the request within 30 days. Your account and login stay active — only the data you name is removed.
Any data not named in your request is kept. Crash reports and subscription/transaction records follow the same retention rules described above, regardless of which app data you ask us to delete.
